Poem “Creativity Loss” published in Republica

My poem on writer's block, published in the youth section of Republica national daily.

This is what is happening to me,
The condition is taking me inside it,
framing me with no creativity,
making me look upset even inside me.
Well, I have been trying for days,
Just to have a topic to write,
A talk to make you read and respond and like, and perform similar deeds.
Well, I have been lost,
lost far across in this world of thoughts,
that is taking me very far, but I have nowhere to go.
Dear creator, see — your son is stuck,
stuck in the place where everything seems to be in front,
but does not have that wit to choose, and write about thoughts.
Yes, nowadays I am going through creativity loss.

Poem “My Wishes” published in Republica

My poem on longing and searching for one's dream, published in Republica national daily.

Wish I can be the wind,
Wish I can be the sea,
Wish I can be the man of my dreams,
But I do not know where that wind will lead,
Don’t know how much knowledge that sea consists,
I really am not able to identify what is my dream.
In the land of confusion, in the storm of bad decisions,
In the maze of many paths, in the fifty shades of my own art,
I am doomed — to cross the river, which I once knew,
I am afraid to even speak, the words I created,
I am lost in the world that I imagined of.
Well, will that light come, to take me out of this darkness,
will it show me the beauty that I have never seen,
The hills, the mountains and the seas,
Will there be the next morning that I will see,
or will the darkness of the night end with me,
Will I live to see what I want,
Or get vanished in this world like the sudden wind.
Answers are what I seek,
But still don’t know what my questions mean.
