Building

• Saauzi — my main focus. Cloud POS + online store in one for Nepali businesses: run the retail counter and sell online 24/7, no coding. Heads-down on growth and onboarding real merchants.
• Mediaholic Nepal — my software studio. Shipping websites, apps, and AI automation for clients across Nepal, the US, Australia and Europe — “ship in weeks, not quarters.”
• The Wonder Nepal — a travel marketplace connecting travelers with verified local Nepali guides. A long game: earning search authority now, owning Nepal travel later.
• The bigger picture: a family of sustainable companies across tech, tourism, and agriculture that create real jobs and lift wages here at home.

Writing & reading

• Writing more — technical notes and poetry; the two halves I won’t separate.
• Re-reading the Tao Te Ching and The Book of Mirdad, with some Robert Greene on the side.

Sharpening

• Going deeper on AI agents and tightening my Django + Nuxt deploy workflow.
• Picking the guitar and flute back up when the days allow.

The throughline

Building things that quietly make people’s lives easier — the wu wei way: effortless action, flow over force. Less noise, more substance.
